Basically you can choose between DHL and DPD.
Unfortunately, there are no options for orders that contain substrates. In order to keep the shipping costs as low as possible, we rely entirely on DPD for these orders.
Due to their nature, our "substrates in a box" are sent as individual packages, which is why a shipping fee of € 4.99 is charged per 50l of substrate.
From an order value of 100 €, shipping within Germany is free of charge. Of course, this also applies to substrates.

Shipping within the EU according to zones
The costs for shipping to other EU countries are based on the respective shipping zones.
Shipping in zone 1 and 2 is free of charge for orders of € 200 or more. For zones 3 and 4, shipping is free for orders of € 250 or more.
